Description
ConnectID improves the customer experience by allowing customers to securely use the personal information already held by their bank to verify who they are. This reduces the need to upload identity documents such as a driver licence or passport - enabling secure, real-time identity verification.
ConnectID can be used as a source of identity verification, and can also be used to pre-fill customer information, leading to improved data quality and match rates against other sources.
In addition, ConnectID helps reduce fraud through strong authentication signals and network-level fraud insights, while minimising sensitive data exposure by reducing the need for businesses to collect and identity documents.
