Verifying Your Customer's Identity Just Got Easier

strengthen identity verification.
ConnectID lets customers verify their identity using an organisation they already trust, like
their bank, while only sharing the information that is required and nothing else.

How can I add ConnectID to my workflow?
Personr customers will see ConnectID available as an option when building an onboarding
flow within the platform.
Simply choose ConnectID from the drop-down menu to add it to your flow.
It’s simple to use, and there’s no need to sign up or download another app.

How does it work for your customers?
After adding ConnectID to your flow, your customers can verify their identity by following the
steps below.
Your customer will be prompted to “Verify with ConnectID”.
Your customer will choose an organisation they already trust, like their bank. They’ll
then be redirected to their banking app to authenticate themselves.Once authenticated by their bank, they will review the information being requested
(e.g. their full name and address) and give their consent to share.The customer will then be redirected back to the onboarding flow to complete the
onboarding process.
