New feature: A dedicated company page, jurisdiction risk data and clearer risk ratings
Companies now have their own faster page, with FATF, EU and Basel AML Index jurisdiction data at a glance, risk ratings linked to your risk assessments and a tag for manually reviewed clients.
Key features you should know:
A dedicated company page. Each company now opens on its own page, starting on the Overview tab. It loads faster, especially the Ownership tab, and your existing links still work.
Jurisdiction risk at a glance. See straight away whether a country is on the FATF black list, the FATF grey list or the EU list of high-risk third countries, on companies, individuals and beneficial owners. Company pages also show the country's Basel AML Index score and rank; hover over the info icon to see what the index measures. These labels reflect what those bodies publish. Personr doesn't rate or block jurisdictions, so the decision stays with you.
Risk ratings linked to your risk assessments. If your workspace uses Risk Assessments, the Overview shows the rating from your latest approved assessment, the date it was assessed and a link to it. Ratings set before you started using risk assessments are kept and marked “Set manually”, with a shortcut to start a full assessment.
See which clients were manually reviewed. When someone on your team manually reviews a company or individual, a “Manually reviewed” tag now shows on their profile and in your Companies and Individuals lists. Hover over it to see who reviewed them and when. Reviews made before this release aren't tagged. The AML checks and reports for a manually approved profile now say it was manually approved, and by whom, instead of just “No match”, so it’s clear a person made the call. Any real matches are still shown.
Send a client’s onboarding to a colleague. When a client hasn’t supplied everything, use “Send to team member” on a company or individual to email a colleague the onboarding link and the profile, with a note on what’s missing. The link expires after 7 days and the send is recorded in the activity log.
Fixes and improvements. Approving a risk assessment now always updates the client's risk rating, including overrides. “View activity” opens the activity panel on the company page. “Generate report” only runs once a company is verified and tells you when it isn't. Long Compass answers are no longer cut off, and Compass Sources now opens right inside a company or individual’s Compass tab. Pending verifications no longer repeat the same message for each beneficial owner. Sorting by created date and filtering by tag, assignee and status work consistently across the Companies and Individuals lists, including the Beneficial Owners tab.
